First Baseball Practice

Walker had his first baseball practice this week. He loved it, but we have a lot of work to do to teach him the basics. He hasn't got the running around the bases thing figured out. He hits the ball, and then chases the ball. Then he likes to jump over the bases, instead of on the base. It was fun to watch. Even Craig would have liked watching it.

ok, in Eligh's first baseball game he hit the ball, ran to first base, then took his helmet off and walked back to give it to the next kid in line to bat! THEN when he was playing second base, he never would try to catch the ball because he was too busy knocking on the runner's helmet that was at 2nd base! :) I think it was the most entertaining sporting event I had ever been to!

Adorable. Hey - at least walker can hit the ball. That's huge props. I wish I could have been there. Zachary has his first game on Saturday. I can't wait.

Your right, the only way I could possibly enjoy baseball is if I was related to the players.
Loved Whits comment about... "I did not sign up for this coach" that’s just funny, I don’t care who’s kid it is. Keep up the energy Walkerball !
