Happy Birthday Kelb!!!
What a crazy week for a birthday. Kelby was a little concerned last night that she wasn't going to get to celebrate her birthday today. We are in the middle of District Basketball Tournament and they have to cheer and dance in two games today and this evening. So we SURPRISED her this morning with a Breakfast party. Several of her friends showed up very early to party with Kelb on her special day. She stayed all night at Hayley's last night, which made it very convenient for us to get things set up. Thanks Stacy for letting her stay. Anyway, we had a great time. Kelby has been telling me for months that she wanted chocolate muffins from Costco for her Birthday Cake. So it worked out perfect. She had her Birthday Cake for breakfast. We also had a star-studded performance by Demi Levato (aka Addy Bedke) She threatened me if we took pictures so you'll just have to take our word on it that it was AMAZING!!! What a funny girl.
It was a very fun morning. It's hard to believe that 15 years ago today, little Kelby came into the world with her perfectly shaped head. She was so beautiful. She's still little and even more beautiful. We love you Kelby. Happy Birthday!

Kylee Poem
“Where I’m From”
I am from sheet music,
from Fur Elise and rock-and-roll
I am from the dusty closet shelves.
(Musky, sparkling; smells like old shoes.)
I am from the gerber daisy,
the fur tree
whose branches brush and bloom with
Pinecones.
I’m from popcorn and blue eyes,
from Raymond and Odean.
I’m from the jokesters of life
And the chatters for hours,
From it won’t hurt when you’re married.
I’m from He whom died for me
With a chance to live with my Father again.
I’m from Nampa and Priscilla’s branch,
funeral potatoes and strawberry jell-o.
From the thumb my grandpa lost roping,
the long, shaggy hair of my cousin.
In a cabinet filled with 3-ring binders
Filled with old and new faces,
Memories that fill my head
To last a lifetime and more;
I am the outcome of these memories,
The ups and downs of life,
And the wonderful adventures to face
my family that are still to come.
I am from sheet music,
from Fur Elise and rock-and-roll
I am from the dusty closet shelves.
(Musky, sparkling; smells like old shoes.)
I am from the gerber daisy,
the fur tree
whose branches brush and bloom with
Pinecones.
I’m from popcorn and blue eyes,
from Raymond and Odean.
I’m from the jokesters of life
And the chatters for hours,
From it won’t hurt when you’re married.
I’m from He whom died for me
With a chance to live with my Father again.
I’m from Nampa and Priscilla’s branch,
funeral potatoes and strawberry jell-o.
From the thumb my grandpa lost roping,
the long, shaggy hair of my cousin.
In a cabinet filled with 3-ring binders
Filled with old and new faces,
Memories that fill my head
To last a lifetime and more;
I am the outcome of these memories,
The ups and downs of life,
And the wonderful adventures to face
my family that are still to come.

Dear Abby
I received this letter from my brother. This is dedicated to all my Ute friends out there.
Dear Abby
Dear Abby
I have a problem....I have two brothers, one brother plays football for the University of Utah and the other on is sentenced to die in the electric chair. My mother died from insanity when I was three years old, my two sisters are prostitutes, one has AIDS. My father sells drugs. I recently met a girl who was released from a reformatory where she received time for smothering her illegitimate child to death. I love this girl and want to marry her. My problem is this, should I tell her about my brother who plays for the University of Utah?

She won 2nd overall soloist from 5A to 1A. Both of the girls did exceptional as usual. Kelby is really enjoying her freshman year on the Dance Team and her personality is such an asset. They both are looking forward to this weekend inBoise for their Big Competition. They will be competing Saturday at Mountain View High School( hint for all those who live close)
