Injury leave of absence

After I ran 13, I think I developed shin Splints. After a week of running through the pain, I think I will take a few days off and see how I'm feeling. It is very discouraging because I am just starting double digits on my long training days, and I feel I need to stay with it. I hope I will heal quickly and be able to continue training.

I am sorry for your pain. That totally stinks. Sending *well wishes* your way. Thanks for the fantastic running while I was there. I ran alone today and it was SUPER boring. I really missed you.
